For those not in on the joke, which is everybody, "you can stand under my arm forever" were the words I was caught singing in algebra 2.  Tiffany and John Osinski thought I was an idiot.  That's the day I learned the real words to Rihanna's Umbrella song.  Epiccest of epic fails.

Day 26

The Happy: Gaining perspective.

Here's my situation.  I have no deadlines, no obligations, and no boyfriend.
I've changed my major to something I totally don't even care if I can get a job using (english lit) solely because I want to enjoy the luxury of reading classics and writing what I think.
I've decided to do multiple study abroads.
I'll find an excuse to live in NYC, whether it's being a personal assistant, nanny, or whatever.
I talked with a neighbor tonight who just retired from Tiffany's and recommended I apply there.  I can't stop thinking about it. Ahh.
And after 11 years of it ruling my life, I've somehow lost the capacity to get attached to men. 
If I could drink, I'd drink to that.

If anybody wonders over the course of the next few weeks why I will be wearing the same thing every single day, it's because I only brought my leather skirt, various black shirts, a pair of jeans that still need to be washed, and my weegee pumps home with me

I'm not leaving until January.

Considering my addiction to clothes and being over-prepared, this is annoying.

Like I could have sworn I brought more than the above mentioned.

We sure love him, and we love him even more in his "Richard Marriott Blue" suit, as my mom calls it.

My favorite part about this party is that everyone who attends makes their entrance, says hello, and then asks "Is there still shrimp?"
